The Institute for Sustainable Development in Business (ISDB) at Nottingham Trent University focuses on helping businesses, the public and third sectors and communities implement cost effective environmental improvements and sustainable development.

EIForum is the representative body, focal point and membership organisation for the Region's Environmental Goods and Services sector.
EIForum’s mission is to help companies to realise their growth potential by capitalising on the opportunities in this expanding market. It supports and promotes companies in order to identify new opportunities and to help tackle barriers to competitiveness.
Through EIForum the Institute currently engages with 1,000 companies and provides information on tender opportunities, calls for partnerships, seminars, conferences, networks, funding sources etc. EIForum has 60 paying members and is growing. EIForum develops strong partnerships with members and brings together EGS suppliers, their customers, research institutions, funding organisations, public sector support agencies and other key stakeholders to further the aims and interests of the sector.
