URGENT REQUEST FOR ELIGIBLE SMEs
We have been approached by John Ventham, the programme manager for the High Growth Company Support Programme, (HGBSP) to identify any SMEs that might be able to apply for support under the HGCSP.

This initiative, funded by EMDA, is only available to SMEs in the EAST Midlands at the moment, although if it proves successful, there is a good chance that it will be rolled out on a National basis.

Advice and guidance up to £40,000
16 companies across the East Midlands will be chosen to receive the full Business Support Award, which amounts to advice, guidance and mentoring up to the value of £40,000. A further 34 companies will receive substantial support funding to help deliver 'substantial' growth.
Who's eligible?
To be eligible, the successful company(s) must be able to demonstrate that with professional help, they can achieve an additional £1M of T/O in the 12 months following intervention.
It is likely that the successful companies will already have a T/O in excess of £3M. They will also need to be able to demonstrate that they have the capability of achieving growth in the region of 20% pa over the next 5 years, and that they have a committed management team.
